Leanne Kanzler is the Principal Psychologist at the Reconnect Wellness Centre. She has an interest in working with individuals and families, including couples, to achieve a better quality of life. Her focus is on allowing the client to express their needs in a safe and nurturing environment. She enjoys working with children and adults experiencing anxiety and trauma, as well as relationship and family concerns. Leanne uses a variety of modalities including Sandplay Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Interactive Drawing Therapy (IDT). Leanne is also registered with WorkCover and an EAP (Employment Assistance Program) provider.
Morgan Hayward holds a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in counselling. He is a professional counsellor and holds clinical level membership to the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), professional member of the Australian Society of Sex Educators Researchers and Therapists NSW (ASSERT NSW), and is on the Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (ARCAP).
Morgan is also a WorkCover NSW Allied Health Provider (Counsellor). He has spent many years counselling heterosexual, gay, lesbian, transgender and intersexed persons. He also counsels in relationship issues, anger, anxiety disorders, and self-esteem issues.
Helen is a Wholistic Counsellor who has extensive experience in community mental health, post-separation parenting and family matters, as well as child inclusive practices.
Her current passion is in Sandplay Therapy, which she has found to be profoundly effective in almost any situation with adults, teenagers, and children through its gentle approach in enabling breakthroughs to emerge in people’s healing and growth journeys.
Children’s Counsellor and Educator
Rachael is a primary school teacher with thirty years experience. She holds degrees in education, general primary and a graduate diploma in special education. Rachael was a Learning and Support teacher which lead her to obtain a graduate diploma in counselling. She has experience working with children from a multitude of cultural backgrounds, diverse academic needs, learning difficulties, physical and behavioural disabilities. Rachael specialises in working with children who are on the autism spectrum, have O.D.D, A.D.H.D or other behavioural, emotional, psychological or social needs.
Her passion is with helping children and their families develop coping strategies and liase between the counselling room and school.
Royston Roy George
Royston has a Masters of Counselling and completed his placement at Reconnect Wellness. His goal as a counsellor is to help people acquire skills that enable them to handle challenging situations, deal with difficult thoughts and emotions, identify what is important to them, and work towards the best life they desire.
He uses modalities such as Narrative Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Person-Centred Therapy. He can see clients 8 years and over.
Mental Health Occupational Therapist
Dhiraj is a qualified Mental Health Occupational Therapist and healthcare manager who has worked in public and private health across a range of settings and locations, with a particular focus on mental health. Dhiraj has also worked in the clinical areas of brain injury rehabilitation and outpatient paediatric clinic.
Dhiraj has expertise in providing comprehensive Occupational Therapy functional assessments for children and adults with mental illness, developmental disorders and cognitive disabilities. Dhiraj has particular interest and expertise in providing clinical interventions for people wishing to explore and improve their participation in education and employment.
Dhiraj uses a variety of modalities including the Perceive Recall Plan Perform (PRPP assessment and interventions), Allen Cognitive Disability Model and sensory based interventions for children and adults.
Dhiraj has extensive experience in providing focused mental health interventions including supportive counselling, stress management, skills training, routine planning and vocational counselling.

Trupti is a Registered Psychologist. She has worked in various clinical settings and has over 10 years experience in working with clients presenting a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety, adjustment problems, trauma, and Drug and Alcohol related issues. Ms Dave offers services to clients under Medicare and is also registered with Workcover. She has training and experience in a range of clinical techniques including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Client Focused Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy.
Herbert has worked both in public and private sectors providing psychotherapy to clients across the lifespan. His main areas of focus are adolescent, adult and couple psychotherapy. Herbert has a strong grasp of brief and longer term therapies which includes Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Interpersonal Therapy, Mindfulness Based Therapies and Psychodynamic Psychotherapy.
He has worked with many diverse clients presenting with depression, anxiety, ADHD & autism, adjustment disorders, complex PTSD, low self-esteem, assertiveness and communication, workplace conflict and compensation, relationship conflict, grief and loss, anger management, personal growth, drug and alcohol issues and severe mental disorders and illnesses.
