Leanne Allen is the Principal Psychologist at the Reconnect Wellness Centre. She has an interest in working with individuals and families, including couples, to achieve a better quality of life. Her focus is on allowing the client to express their needs in a safe and nurturing environment. She enjoys working with children and adults experiencing anxiety and trauma, as well as relationship and family concerns. Leanne uses a variety of modalities including Sandplay Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness, and Interactive Drawing Therapy (IDT). Leanne is also registered with WorkCover and an EAP (Employment Assistance Program) provider.

Nick Webb is motivated to help people understand and make meaningful, long-lasting improvements in their lives. In particular, he finds great value in assisting adolescents and young adults with early intervention, but is experienced across a diverse range of age groups and presentations. Nick provides treatment across a range of psychological challenges including mood, anxiety, parenting and personality concerns, amongst others using evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Schema Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Carmel O’Connell is a Registered Psychologist and a Registered Nurse and has spent many years providing supportive Psychological services for babies, toddlers, children, adults, couples and families. During her professional career she has worked with various organisations including Hospitals, Community Health, Family Care Centre, Non Government Organisations and Private Practice. As a tertiary student she was student representative with the Board of Studies (UWS Hawkesbury) and likewise with the Institute of Counselling. Carmel was an executive member of the Macquarie University Psychological Society and a member of the advisory committee of “Holyoak”, NSW Institute of Alcohol and Addictions.

Nadia Azzopardi is a Registered Psychologist and the newest member of the team. Her focus is on Child and Family Therapy. She loves to work with Children of all ages, and in particular with children with Autism and Asperger Syndrome. Nadia is also able to work with clients with a mild intellectual disability with anxiety & depression & interventions
Nadia is a NDIS provider, as well as a service provider for the federal government funding: “Helping Children with Autism and Better Start for Children with Disabilities”. Her previous roles have included an Early Childhood Intervention Specialist with ASPECT and Applied Behaviour Therapist at Australia’s only ABA school for children with Autism.
Leonie O’Connell uses modern, advanced Hypnotherapy processes to assist clients to overcome issues that can seem debilitating yet can be effectively treated and often totally eliminated through the gentle yet powerful process of Hypnotherapy. Leonie is a ‘Quit Cigarettes’ and ‘Ideal Weight’ specialist and also works with a wide range of other issues including addictive behaviours, anger management, phobias, anxiety, panic attacks, trauma and insomnia. Hypnotherapy can also relieve the symptoms of IBS, alleviate chronic pain … and so much more.
Leonie has studied the mind / body connection extensively and is also a qualified practitioner of Neuro-linguistic Programming, Intuitive Healing and Time Line Therapy.
Anne Currenti is a dedicated and experienced Naturopath, who prides herself in providing quality care to help people achieve their health goals, prevent disease and maintain wellness.
Her areas of experience (though not limited to) include, tiredness, chronic fatigue, skin issues, digestive complaints, women’s health, sinus and allergies, headaches, pain, children’s health, poor immune systems, and of course, weight loss.
Anne has been in the natural medicine industry for over 20 years, including health food stores and pharmacies, has been running her own successful clinic since 1995.
Wayne Hedley was introduced to chiropractic at a young age after several soccer injuries left him sidelined. Chiropractic treatment allowed him to return to his sport of choice. This inspired Wayne to pursue a career into the chiropractic profession. He completed a Bachelor of Chiropractic Science in 2011 and Master of Chiropractic at Macquarie University in 2013. Wayne has a strong interest in sports injuries, the rehabilitation of muscular imbalances within the body and providing specific exercises based on a structural and functional assessment to have you moving at your best.
Wayne is available on Wednesday afternoons from 2.30, appointments are recommended.
Dr Mark Russell
Mark is available every second Tuesday and Thursday from 7.30 am to 11am and from 3pm to 7pm, appointments are recommended.
Morgan Hayward holds a Bachelor of Social Science majoring in counselling. He is a professional counsellor and holds clinical level membership to the Psychotherapy and Counselling Federation of Australia (PACFA), professional member of the Australian Society of Sex Educators Researchers and Therapists NSW (ASSERT NSW), and is on the Australian Register of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (ARCAP).
Morgan is also a WorkCover NSW Allied Health Provider (Counsellor). He has spent many years counselling heterosexual, gay, lesbian, transgender and intersexed persons. He also counsels in relationship issues, anger, anxiety disorders, and self-esteem issues.
